We like the location. Very central and convenient to a lot of good shopping, eating, fun facilities
Wish list is a colder refrigerator ;-) and more efficient air Cond system for all rooms.

Centrally located with nearby departmental stores, eateries, and ample massage parlours. Night markets just around the corner. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, with convenient access to 7-11 store, massage shops, malls, and markets. Transportation was easy to find with tuk-tuks right in front of the hotel.
The hotel's interior looked old and tired. The room's furniture was worn out and in need of a revamp.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and shops in the area. With numerous eateries, shops, and even a night market just a stone's throw away, there is always something to do. there are plenty of massage parlors nearby, providing relaxation options for the whole family.
One drawback, however, is that the receptionist required guests to leave their passports with them, which some might find uncomfortable.

During Christmas, I had a great stay at a hotel in Hat Yai. the location was perfect, as it was near the market, shopping malls, and plenty of food options. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that they offered a room card even for larger groups. the view from our room was amazing. it was a very enjoyable experience.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable, and the hotel required that either a deposit be made or our passport be held.

Just walking distance from Ocean Shopping Town. Great nearby places include The Sky Lounge, we usually had drinks there. This hotel was situated in the central position😀❤
